% 08.03.2017 CM No. 9505/2017 The present application is filed stating that CS No. 57694/2016 titled as Shailendra Deopa vs. Deepti Rawat has been dismissed by the court of Sh.Surinder S.Rathi, ADJ Patiala House Courts by order dated 12.01.2017. Hence, liberty is sought to withdraw the present transfer petition with liberty to file the same if the need arises in future. The application is allowed.

Granting leave and liberty as stated above, the present petition i.e. TR.P.(C) 168/2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.
