O R D E R

% 24.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 30.03.2015 passed by the Kanoongo/Revenue Authority who had effected demarcation of his land on 30.03.2015. Submission is that several representations had been made to the Revenue Authority after 30.03.2015 as the demarcation, according to the petitioner, had not been carried out in the right manner but to no avail.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that this order is an appealable order and this Court cannot interfere with the order passed by the Revenue Authority; if the petitioner has any grievance, he should get it addressed before the Competent Authority.

At this learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Permission granted. Liberty

is granted to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Authority, if so advised in accordance with law.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
