% 17.07.2017 This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioner, Rahul Tyagi, seeking production of his wife, Garima, who he claims to have married on 1.5.2017.

Garima is present in Court along with her father. She submits that she does not wish to have any relationship with the petitioner and she has taken this decision out of her own free will on account of the fact that during the course of her relationship with the petitioner, the petitioner did not disclose correct and true facts to her.

In view of the fact that Garima has been produced in Court, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
