By this petition the petitioner, who is the complainant in case FIR No.607/2015 under Sections 376/376(2)(f), 376(2)(k)/376(2)(n)/506 IPC registered at PS Amar Colony, seeks transfer of the investigation to CBI. 2.

A status report has been filed by the State.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions submits that in the above noted FIR after investigation a charge sheet has already been filed and on the further investigation which is going on a supplementary charge sheet will be filed.

Since charge sheet has already been filed, this Court finds no ground to transfer the investigation.

5.

Petition is dismissed.
