% 21.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by a show cause notice dated 15.06.2017 issued by respondent No.1 wherein notice to show cause has been issued to the petitioner Board as to why the Board may not be removed for being persistently negligent in performance of its duties imposed on it by the Byelaws of Kendriya Bhandar and also for failure in its responsibility imposed on it by the MSCS Act, 2002. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 6 has put in appearance. His submission is that pursuant to this show cause notice, a reply had been received from the petitioner and a personal hearing has been afforded to the petitioner which has been

fixed at 05:00 PM on 24.07.2017. This position is admitted. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that they would be taking appropriate steps and make their presentation before the Competent Authority/Body where the personal hearing is fixed which is on 24.07.2017. His additional submission is that in case there is any adverse order passed by the said Competent Authority/Body, the said order be not implemented for a period of one week in order that the petitioner may take recourse to legal proceedings as he may be so advised. Ordered accordingly. Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 6 additionally points out that at page 52 of the paper book, the petitioner is challenging an order dated 28.04.2016; there is no such order. The petitioner concedes to this.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
