% 04.10.2018 Status report submitted by ACP, Civil Lines has been presented by the Additional Public Prosecutor. The investigating officer has confirmed that the petitioner has been joining investigation when called upon to do so. The Additional Public Prosecutor further submits, on instructions, that as on date the investigating officer does not feel the need for effecting arrest of the petitioner and further that in case arrest is intended, the investigating officer is ready to wait till expiry of seven days after serving of advance notice on the petitioner.

This assurance and undertaking having been recorded, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press for any further relief at this stage. The petition is disposed of accordingly. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
