% 24.05.2018 On 16th May, 2018 petitioners had offered `2,50,000/- to respondent no. 1 towards full and final settlement of all his claims against the dishonoured cheque. Respondent no. 1 had sought time to respond to the proposal. Respondent no. 1 submits that this proposal is acceptable to him. Petitioners have handed over a demand draft of `2,50,000/- to respondent no. 1 in Court, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent no. 1 says that he has no objection in case Complaint Case No. 536686/2016 titled Shri Ashish Grover vs. M/s. Pace Hitech Private Limited filed by him
under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is quashed, in view of the settlement.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 1, aforesaid complaint is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
