% 07.09.2017 Amended memo of parties has been filed and is taken on record.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos.3 & 4 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of understanding dated 7th July, 2017, therefore, FIR No.333/2014 under Sections 354/451/506/323/34 IPC registered at police station Bhajan Pura on the complaint of respondent no.3 may be quashed. Respondent no.5 and 6 are injured and respondent no.4 is also one of the victims. Petitioners and respondent nos. 3 to 6 are neighbours. A perusal of FIR shows that a quarrel took place on some trivial issue which led to registration of the present FIR. Initially FIR was registered under Sections 354/451/506/509 IPC and under Section 25

of Arms Act, however, charges have been framed under Sections 354/451/506/323/34 IPC.

Respondent nos.3 & 4 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI SI Prempal Singh PS Bhajan Pura. They admit having settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and further submit that they have no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in view of the fact that settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners no. 1 and respondent nos.3 & 4, in the interest of justice, FIR No.333/2014 under Sections 354/451/506/323/34 IPC registered at police station Bhajan Pura and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
