This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 26th July, 2017. 2.
The counsel for the respondent appears and states that he has no objection to the transfer sought.

The counsel for respondent however states that as per the petition, the petitioner has also filed a private complaint which is pending in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate at Rohini Courts and for the reasons for which the petitioner is seeking transfer of Guardianship Petition from Saket Courts, New Delhi to Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi the said complaint should also be transferred from Rohini Courts, Delhi to Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 4.
The counsel for the petitioner has no objection. 5.
The particulars of the Complaint Case are not available. 6.
The counsel for the petitioner states that he will furnish the same. 7.
The petition is accordingly allowed.

The Guardianship Case No.08/2016 pending in the Court of Sh. Dinesh Kumar Sharma, Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket Courts, New Delhi is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 9.
Upon the counsel for the petitioner furnishing particulars of the private complaint, the same be also transferred from the Court in which it is pending to the Court of Ms. Manika, Metropolitan Magistrate, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi where the complaint of the petitioner against the respondent under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is pending.
