% 07.12.2018 After brief arguments advanced by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, I am of the opinion, justice would be met if this Court direct the respondents to take decision on the finding and recommendation dated 09.12.2016 of National Commission for Scheduled Castes. Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to take decision upon the findings and recommendations of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes dated 09.12.2016 within two months from the receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the National Commission for Schedule Castes and the petitioner as well in writing within

one week after the decision.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
