% 05.02.2018 Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 22.11.2017 and 20.12.2017. The terms and conditions of the settlement are stated in paragraph 8 of the Settlement Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Suit stands disposed of in terms thereof. Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fees in terms of Section 16 of The Court Fees Act, 1870 readwith section 89 CPC.
