O R D E R

% 18.05.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that the underlying dispute between the parties has been amicably settled vide terms and conditions contained in a Memorandum of Understanding dated 17th March, 2018. A copy of the said Memorandum of Understanding has been handed over in the Court today. The same is taken on record and exhibited as Ex.C-1.

Learned counsel, therefore, pray that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said Memorandum of Understanding. We have perused the agreement arrived at between the parties. The agreement arrived at between the parties is lawful and the same is hereby accepted leaving the parties to comply with their reciprocal obligations, without demur.
