The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:
"(i) Issue writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to the Respondents for enforcing the Fundamental Rights of the petitioners under article 21 of the Constitution of India;
(ii) Issue writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem appropriate for securing the right to livelihood of the petitioners including for enforcement of the contractual rights of the petitioners;

(iii) Pass any other/order/direction that this Hon'ble Court may deem appropriate in facts and circumstances of the present case" 3.
Learned counsels for respondent nos. 1 and 3 submit that the grievance in the present petition that the salaries of the petitioners had not been released, has been satisfied in terms of order dated 14.12.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 10012/2024, which has been handed up in Court and accordingly, the salaries of the petitioners have been paid since their engagement. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners confirms the aforesaid fact and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. It is further pointed out that the issue with respect to the legality of the petitioners' appointments by respondent no. 1 is presently sub-judice before Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 159/2025.

In view of the above present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

It is made clear that no observation has been made with respect to the aforesaid issue raised by the petitioners in the present petition and the same shall be subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in LPA 159/2025.
