HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA

O R D E R

% 12.02.2018 The petitioner impugns order dated 22.11.2016 whereby application of the respondent-CBI seeking permission for summoning additional witnesses was allowed.

None appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent-CBI, under instructions, submits that the witnesses that were allowed, have already been examined, cross-examined and stand discharged.

In view of the fact that witnesses have already been examined, the present petition has become infructuous. In any eventuality, none appears for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J FEBRUARY 12, 2018 'rs'
