CRL.M.C. 4629/2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C filed by the petitioner seeking permission to travel abroad on 25th December, 2016 till 01st January, 2017 in FIR No. 262/2001, Police Station-Kashmiri Gate. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Trial Court Record is in this Court in CRL.M.C.4382/2015, FIR No. 262/2001, Police StationKashmiri Gate. He has submitted that that the trial court record either be sent back or the petitioner be permitted to go abroad, as prayed in the present petitioner.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition as permission
to go abroad was to be sought in the Court below. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction that the Trial Court Record in CRL.M.C.4382/2015, FIR No. 262/2001, Police Station-Kashmere Gate be sent back forthwith. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
