Mr.Jasmeet Singh, Advocate accepts notice for all respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in respect of salary for the month of May, 2017 which was paid on 22nd June, 2017, the respondents had made a deduction of Rs.7223/- as arrear of instalment of Sixth Pay Commission.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since, by the said date, the computation had already been made, the said deduction was made despite the order dated 29th May, 2017. He, however,

submits that in the next month, the said recovery shall be reversed and due credit shall be given to the petitioner. He further points out that from June, 2017 onwards, no deduction is being made. He has tendered the salary slip for June, 2017 to establish the position which is taken on record.
