The petitioners have filed the present petition inter alia praying that the respondents and their employees be directed to remove the wall raised by them within the temple premises situated in plot nos.186, 187, 188, 209211 Trilokpuri, Delhi. 2.

It is the admitted case that the land in question belongs to the respondents and the petitioners have no right, title or interest in the said property. The petitioners have also annexed the photographs of the temple which indicated that it is a small temple which is not being disturbed and the wall in question separates the temple from the other area of the plot in question. The map of the plot also indicates that the wall separates the temple and the remaining area of the plot on which a room of the size 2.95 x 3.64 meters and a toilet is indicated.

As noticed above, the petitioners have no right in the said property

and thus are not entitled to the relief as prayed for. No orders are warranted in this petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
