% 19.07.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that respondent nos.4 and 5 who do not fit in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category have managed to get their children admitted in respondent no.2 school.

At the outset a query has been put to the learned counsel for petitioner as to how he is aggrieved. His submission is that he is a neighbour and he being a law abiding citizen is concerned that wrong act should not be permitted. Additional submission is that he has made a representation on 01.6.2017 to the Directorate of Education/respondent no.1 but the same has not been answered. Respondent no.1 shall look into this representation and answer this representation of the petitioner.

This petition is not maintainable; it is dismissed. However,

liberty is granted to the petitioner take any other appropriate remedy as is available to him in law.
