% 24.08.2017 The present petition has been filed as the Arbitrator, vide order dated 26.05.2015, has expired pending the arbitration. In view of the above, Ms. Kanwal Inder, former District and Sessions Judge, Delhi is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties, subject to the Arbitrator making the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Act of not being ineligible under Section 12(5) of the Act.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi. The fee of the Arbitrator shall be fixed as per the Schedule of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

The Arbitrator shall continue the proceedings from the stage where they had reached prior to the demises of the erstwhile Arbitrator. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
