% 01.09.2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of habeas corpus. A direction is sought by the petitioner that his wife, who has been illegally detained by her parents - respondent Nos.3 and 4, be produced in Court along with their 1 year old child.

Today, the petitioner is present. He submits that his wife and 1 year old child have joined his company. We have also asked Tabassum @ Payal as to whether she wishes to join the company of her husband, she submits that she is married to the petitioner and has already joined the company of her husband.
