W.P.(C) 6110/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of several letters and communications having been addressed to the respondent-department his communications have not been answered. He is praying for demarcation of the land as has been mentioned in the writ petition.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that as per his oral instructions the petitioner has sold off the land.

Be that as it may, this writ petition is treated as an additional representation of the petitioner and the representation already pending before the Department along with averments made in the present

petition shall be disposed of by the Department within an outer limit of six weeks from today in accordance with law. Petition disposed of.
