1. The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the impugned order dated 02.01.2012 passed in O.A. 903/2010. We may, at the outset, note that vide the impugned order the O.A. filed by the petitioner was decided with the OA filed by one Sh. Manoj Kumar. We are informed that Sh.Manoj who had assailed the impugned order by way of W.P.(C) 8992/2017, which was rejected by this Court on 13.10.2017. The challenge to the said order also stands rejected by the Apex Court.
2. In light of the aforesaid, once the challenge to the impugned order at the behest of Sh. Manoj Kumar stands rejected, both by this Court and by the Apex Court, we find no reason to keep the present petition The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
