2. Notice. Mr. Harpreet Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Mr. Singh states that within a period of two weeks from today, an order on the Petitioner's application for provisional release of the goods seized under seizure Memo dated 28th April 2017 will be passed positively.

3. The said assurance is taken on record. The order passed be communicated to the Petitioner forthwith. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance regarding non-compliance with the above assurance, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
