% 04.08.2017 Ms. Vertika Sharma, ld. counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that the entire building was getting raised without any sanctioned building plan and part demolition has already been carried out and that, further demolition is also scheduled. It also comes to be pointed out that besides the action of demolition, prosecution has already been launched against the owner/builder. As regards the locus of the petitioner, on being queried, ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's house is just behind the property subject matter of the petition.
