% 07.11.2017 Respondent no. 2 Shipra Shraf is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Sandeep Singh of Police Station Roop Nagar. It is submitted that respondent no. 2 came in touch with the petitioners on Facebook and they became friends.

Due to some misunderstanding, present FIR No. 511/2015 under Sections 354(A)/ 354(B)/ 354(C)/ 354(D)/506/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Roop Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2. She has now settled the matter with the petitioner no. 2 and his friends, that is, petitioner nos. 1 and 3, vide a Compromise Deed dated 5th July, 2017, of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Respondent no. 2 submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further

and the same may be quashed, in view of the settlement. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 511/2015 under Sections 354(A)/354(B)/354(C)/354(D)/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Roop Nagar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
