By way of this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.199/2017, under Sections 354A/354D/509/34 IPC & 4/12 POCSO Act, PS Mukherjee Nagar. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.B.S.Rana submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

The petitioner, who is present in person along with his mother, submits that he is keeping himself away from the complainant and her daughters and has not in any manner tried to contact them nor will contact BAIL APPLN. 1376/2017
them in any manner whatsoever.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that he may be given some time to argue.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 6.
Learned counsel for the complainant has not been able to give any reason why he seeks adjournment.

The allegation against the petitioner is that as and when the daughters of the complainant visited the house of their maternal grandmother the petitioner Prashant and his real brother Paras used to stop the daughters of the complainant and asked for friendship.

After the interim protection was granted to the petitioner on 28th July, 2017 with direction to him to join the investigation, there is no complaint made by or on behalf of the complainant against the petitioner. 9.
In the facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO.

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer and not to contact the complainant or her daughters in any manner whatsoever or try to influence the witnesses. 11.
Bail application is allowed.
