% 25.07.2017 Ms. Tewatia, ld. counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent is willing to reconsider/re-assess, the entire subject, in view of the issues raked-up by the petitioner and the impugned order dated 14.2.2017 passed under Section 123D of the DMC Act may be set aside. It is ordered accordingly. Petitioner would be at liberty to make representation/reply to the show cause notices, within two weeks from today. Petitioner would also be afforded an opportunity of hearing by the competent authority, before deciding the matter afresh. Parties to appear before

the concerned authority on 3.8.2017 at 11.00 am. Petition and the pending applications stand disposed off accordingly. It goes without saying that the competent Authority shall pass a speaking order, which shall be communicated to the petitioner within seven days of its passing.
