I.A. 40706/2024 (Application u/S. 151 CPC filed by Respondent seeking correction in the name of petitioner from 'CALCUTTA HALDIA PORT ROAD CO. LTD.' to 'CALCATTA HALDIA PORT ROAD CO. LTD.' by way of amended memo of parties) It is submitted that main matter has already been disposed off vide Order dated 12.08.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court. Ld. Counsel for Respondent accepts notice of the captioned IA and has submitted that he does not wish to file any Reply to the same and has no objection if the same is allowed.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has submitted that due to some inadvertent and typographical mistake, name of the petitioner has been mentioned as 'CALCUTTA HALDIA PORT ROAD CO. LTD.', in the petition, however correct name of petitioner is 'CALCATTA HALDIA PORT ROAD CO. LTD.'. He has further submitted that Amended Memo of parties mentioning correct name of petitioner may be taken on record. Heard. For the reasons stated in the application and in view of above stated submissions of the parties, the application stands allowed and the name of applicant/petitioner is corrected. Amended memo of parties mentioning correct name of petitioner as 'CALCATTA HALDIA PORT ROAD CO. LTD.' is taken on record. I.A. stands disposed off. At request, copy of this order be given dasti under signature of Reader of the undersigned.
