O R D E R

% 16.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 817/2016 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC registered at PS Ranhola on the complaint of respondent No. 2.

In the above noted FIR beside the respondent No. 2, respondent No. 3 received grievous injuries whereas respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have received simple injuries. Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are present in Court. Though respondent Nos. 2 and 3 claim that they have settled the matter with the petitioners, however, respondent Nos. 4 and 5 state that there has been no settlement with the petitioners.

Considering the statement of respondent Nos. 4 and 5, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case a holistic settlement with all the victims is arrived at. W.P.(CRL) 2031/2017

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Order dasti.
