% 24.01.2017 Property disputes between the petitioners and respondent no.2 had led to the registration of FIR No. 549/10 under Sections 448/380 IPC against the petitioners at police station Prashant Vihar, on the complaint of respondent no.2.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 19th April, 2016 (Annexure P-3). Respondent no. 2 is represented through her Attorney, namely, Shri Salil Kapoor. perusal of Annexure P-3 shows that Shri Salil Kapoor had signed the

settlement agreement as Attorney of respondent no.2-Ms. Usha Mehta. Shri Salil Kapoor submits that he has got instructions from the respondent no.2 to inform the court that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement arrived at between her and the petitioners before the Mediation Centre.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 549/10 under Sections 448/380 IPC registered at police station Prashant Vihar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
