By this petition, the petitioner seeks his release on Parole for a period of three months to enable him to look after his father, who is 82 years of age and suffered paralytic attack.

Status report has been filed. Nominal roll has also been placed on record.

The fact that the father of the petitioner is suffering from paralytic attack is not disputed by the State. Learned ASC opposed the request for grant of Parole on the ground that the father of the petitioner is being looked after by his wife, sister and brother-in-law. 4.
In the facts and circumstances to enable the petitioner to look after his father, who suffered paralytic attack on 25.06.2017, he be released on Parole for a period of 10 days from the date of his release on the following terms and conditions: -
(i) he shall furnish his personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. (ii) the petitioner shall maintain good conduct and behaviour during his release.
(iii) he will provide one mobile number of the surety to the SHO of the concerned Police Station, which shall be kept in active mode and shall not be changed without permission of the court.
(iv) he shall report to the SHO, PS Chandni Chowk, Delhi once a week on every Monday.
(vi) He shall not leave the country without permission of the court.
5. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
6. Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for compliance.
7. Copy of this order be given dasti.
