% 28.01.2016 Parties have appointed the Arbitrator in the above said matter. No proceedings were initiated before this Court by either of the parties prior to the appointment of the Arbitrator by them. Parties agree that the matter be transferred to the District Court as the total valuation of the matter is less than Rs.1 crore.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (HQ) Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
