On advance notice, counsel for the respondents has put in appearance. She points out that although the petitioner had appeared for the entrance examination for the post-graduate course of the University yet his result had been withheld for the reason that he had been given a warning on 14.03.2016 for an act of indiscipline. She however submits that she has instructions to state that the result of the petitioner shall be declared. It accordingly be declared and in case he qualifies for admission in any post-graduate course in the University, he shall, needless to state be granted admission as per the rules of the University. Learned counsel for the respondent additionally points out that the petitioner should be careful in all his future undertakings

in the University. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes on behalf of his client and ensures this Court that no such act of indiscipline will be repeated in future.

With these directions, this petition disposed of. It is made clear that this order will not be used as a precedent. Date of 05.09.2017 stands cancelled.
