% 20.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner states, the amended memo of parties has been filed in the Registry yesterday. The same shall be placed on record by the Registry.

Learned counsel for the respondents state as per his instructions the respondents have allowed the petitioner to appear in the interview to be held tomorrow, i.e. 21st July, 2017 for the post of Chief General Manager (Grade F). This statement is acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner. She has placed before the Court an e-mail received by the petitioner from the respondents in that regard. She states, in view of above the petition has become infructuous and she would like to withdraw the petition.

The petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
