% 06.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that `5 lacs, in terms of order dated 1st August, 2017 was not deposited, since matter was subsequently settled with the complainant and FIR No. 17/2017 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station North Rohini was itself quashed by a Bench of coordinate jurisdiction, vide order dated 30th October, 2017 passed in W.P. (Crl.) no. 2519/2017 titled Anju Devi & Another vs. The State & Another.

In view of this, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.
