O R D E R

% 07.03.2018 By this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory Bail in case FIR No. 113/2017 under Sections 467/468/471 IPC registered at PS Jagat Puri, Delhi on the complaint of Anjana Duggal and Ranjana Budhiraja, who are the real sisters of petitioner No. 2, Vandana Kapur.

The allegations of the complainants in the FIR are that their father and father of petitioner No. 2, late Shri Joginder Wahi had gifted first floor of property No. 73, Mausam Vihar, Delhi to Vandana Kapur by a registered deed. They further alleged that late Joginder Wahi owned a Hyundai Santro car No. DL-2CW-2984, however, after the death of their father, petitioners forged the documents and sold the said car to some other person. When this petition came up before this Court on 20th July, 2017, while BAIL APPLN. 1373/2017

issuing notice to the State, the Court directed that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners subject to their participating in the investigation. On a query put to the learned APP for the State as to whether the petitioners have joined the investigation or not, learned APP states that petitioners have joined the investigation and they have also given their specimen signatures which will be sent to FSL in due course. Since the petitioners have already joined the investigation, which is likely to take some time as the documents are still to be sent to the FSL, report whereof will be received in sometime, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- each with one surety bond of the like amount each subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/SHO concerned further subject to the conditions that they will join the investigation as and when directed and will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court concerned and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated by way of affidavit to the Court concerned.

Petition is disposed of.
