% 12.01.2017 The present application has been filed for the grant of regular bail in FIR No.799/2014, under Sections 302/404/201/34 IPC, Police Station Darya Ganj.

It has been submitted by the counsel for the applicant that the applicant is behind the bars for the last about two years. In the facts and circumstances, the present application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial to conclude the prosecution evidence preferably by the end of May, 2017.
