O R D E R

% 21.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No. 241/2017 under Sections 323/341/427/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kanjhawala on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. It is submitted that respondent nos. 3 and 4 had also sustained simple injuries in the quarrel. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court along with their counsel and have been identified by SI Narender, P.S. Kanjhawala. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 admit having settled the matter with the petitioners vide Settlement

Deed dated 6th July, 2017. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 241/2017 under Sections 323/341/427/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kanjhawala and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
