Petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 04.09.2018 whereby water and electricity connection to Shop No. 53, Gole Market, New Delhi was disconnected.

Learned counsel appearing for NDMC submits that pending the present proceedings under order of this Court water and electricity connection was restored and stand of the respondent is that pending the proceedings before the Estate Officer, coercive action for disconnection of water and electricity connection shall not be taken. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of leaving the issue with regard to disconnection of water and electricity connection open to be considered after passing of the order by the Estate Officer. 4.
