O R D E R

% 07.03.2019 The counsels for the parties submit that the parties could not arrive at an amicable settlement.

Counsel for the respondent further submits that in the meantime the Arbitrator has already pronounced the Award.

The counsel for the appellant submits that he had no notice of continuation of the arbitration proceedings during the currency of the present appeal.

Be that as it may, once the Award has already been passed, the remedy of the appellant, if any, would be in form of a challenge to the said Award.

The present appeal has become infructuous and is dismissed as such, leaving it open to the appellant to take such other remedy as may be open in law.
