1. Notice. Mr. Manmeet Singh, the learned counsel accepts notice for the Respondent and states that if a time bound direction is issued, it would be complied with.

2. It is accordingly directed that the refund orders will be issued within four weeks from today and within two weeks thereafter, the refund amount together with interest due thereon shall be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner. In the event if there is any grievance regarding noncompliance with the above directions, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
