% 27.04.2018 Mr. Tripathi submits that since fresh rules of Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules 2017 have been notified on 10.01.2018 and in view of the fact that steps are being taken to prepare the electoral roll for conducting of election, he does not press the present writ petition, however, it is prayed that the issue with regard to the Palika Bazar area being a 'no-hawking', 'no-vending' zone be kept open to enable him to urge the issue before the Town Vending Committee. In view of the stand taken, the writ petition stands disposed of, with liberty as prayed for.
