CRL.M.C. 2786/2017 Petitioners No.1 & 2 Virender Kumar Chaddha and Seema Chaddha are present with their counsel Mr.Misbah Khan.

The respondent No.2/complainant Smt.Usha Juneja is also present with her counsel Ms.Deepika.

The parties present in person admit that the matter in dispute has been

amicably settled between them as the petitioner No.1 and the respondent No.2 are the real brother and sister. Parties further submit that they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court of ACMM/MM at Karkardooma Courts, Shahdara, Delhi and at Hyderabad for withdrawing the respective complaints filed by them. In view of the submissions made by the parties, the prayer is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the parties to approach the Court of ACMM/MM, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi and also at Hyderabad for withdrawing the respective complaints filed by them by moving appropriate applications in this regard.
