By way of this bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is praying to be released on bail in FIR No.157/2016, registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 IPC at PS Maurya Enclave. 2.

Vide order dated 12th September, 2017, the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of two weeks enabling the petitioner to arrange the funds and settle the matter with the complainant. 3.

The complainant is present in person. The petitioner is also present in the Court today and the copy of the settlement is placed on record, as per which the complainant has received an amount of ₹8,50,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) from the petitioner towards the full and final payment and has no claim or grievance against the complainant. In view of the above, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/Link Court subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not leave the country without the permission of the learned Trial Court.
