This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 21st July, 2017. 2.

The counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner no.3 Preetinder Singh Kapoor is present in Court and the petitioners do not press the petition and accept the correctness of the order impugned and are willing to surrender the tenancy rights and deliver vacant, peaceful, physical possession of the premises with respect to which order of eviction has been passed, on or before 7th September, 2017, in accordance with the eviction order. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, no further steps are required in this Rent Control Revision Petition.

I have otherwise satisfied myself that the order of eviction is in accordance with law. 5.

Accordingly, the Rent Control Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the undertaking of all the three petitioners to handover vacant, peaceful, physical possession of the premises from which they have been ordered to be evicted to the respondent / landlord on or before 7th September, 2017 and to before leaving, clear all electricity and water charges with respect thereto, is accepted and the petitioners are ordered to be bound therewith. No costs.
