% 06.03.2020 EA No.327/2020 moved by judgment debtor for directions It is jointly stated by the parties that the captioned EA is in pursuance of and in the terms of directions of the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 24.02.2020 in EFA (OS) No.5/2020. Accordingly, it is stated by learned counsel for the decree holder that decree holder has no objection to the same and that reply to the captioned EA is not required to be filed.

In view of above and at joint request, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court on date already fixed there i.e. on 11.03.2020, for further directions.
