% 25.08.2017 The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks a direction to the officials of the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to produce Ms. Priya Devi before this Court and free her from the alleged illegal detention in which she has been placed by her father Chandrakant, the respondent No.3.

The parties are present in the Court today and we have interacted with them and their respective counsel in Chambers. We are assured of Ms. Priya Devi's well being and her right to

take decision in the finality.
