% 15.02.2017 The status report of the respondent/SDMC is on record. This report states that the unauthorized construction in the property (Vasant View Apartment, khasra No. 1016/2, Opposite CISF Camp, Bye-pass road, Mahipal Pur, Delhi) has been booked by the Building Department in the shape of the construction on the roof top of the building on 22.12.2016 and a demolition order has also been passed. The building up to 3rd floor is old an occupied. Sealing action against the unauthorized construction has also been initiated under Section 345-A of the DMC Act. The local police has also been informed. Demolition program has been fixed by the Department for 17.02.2017. All actions as proposed by the Department which have already been initiated shall be completed in accordance with law and the help of the local police, if desire, shall be obtained by the Department on an advance notice to them. This statement which has

been recorded of respondent No. 1 is in the nature of an undertaking which has been furnished to the Court and it is hoped and expected that the same shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
