% 19.12.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the in action on the part of the statutory bodies. Submission is that there is illegal and unauthorized construction being permitted at plot bearing No.64-A, Arjun Nagar, Near Mata Mandir, Safdarjang Enclave, New Delhi. This is against all the bye-laws of the Corporation.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent/SDMC has put in appearance. Her submission is that the property already stands booked and in fact a demolition order was passed; part demolition action has been taken on 22.11.2016. Further demolition programme has also been fixed. This statement of the learned counsel for respondent has been under instructions from her client. This statement is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this

statement shall be honoured in true letter and spirit and all actions in accordance with law shall be completed within an outer limit of six weeks from today. Necessary police assistance be granted as and when required.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
