% 04.01.2017 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1 to transfer/register the ownership of Maruti Esteem vehicle bearing registration No.DL 2 FFS 0008 in favour of the petitioner.

Issue notice.

Mr.Siddharth Dutta, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He states that the petitioner's application for transferring/registering the ownership of the aforesaid vehicle has till date not been rejected. He further states that respondent no.1 is willing to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide the same within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.

Consequently, with consent of the parties, it is directed that the

present writ petition be treated as a representation to Mr.Ailawadi, MLO, Mall Road, Timar Pur, New Delhi, who shall decide the same within a period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner by way of Registered AD post.

With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
